Coordinate mine workforce deployment at Artemis Gold's Blackwater Mine while supporting operator relief, equipment staffing, and protected shift operations. Work a two weeks on, two weeks off rotation.

Reporting to the Supervisor - Dispatch, this coordinator manages hot seating requirements across Mine Operations. The work connects Dispatch, Supervisors, and Operators through workforce movement, break coordination, and equipment coverage. The position also maintains the capability to perform dispatch duties and provide dispatch coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate hot seating activities across Mine Operations safely
- Schedule operator breaks and relief with Dispatch
- Monitor equipment staffing and workforce availability throughout shifts
- Document operator movements, assignments,



and shift changes
- Provide dispatch coverage and support emergency workforce information

Requirements:

- Three or more years of open pit mining experience
- Experience in operations, dispatch, supervision, or workforce coordination
- Knowledge of open pit equipment and production processes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
- Availability for remote camp work on the stated rotation
