The position offers full time employment with salaried or contractor models, plus virtual care where clinically appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes
- Develop individualized treatment plans promoting independence and functionality
- Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications

Requirements:

- Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- ADP Authorization
