Join a high-impact initiative enhancing a Data Platform within a leading financial services organization in Toronto. This role drives delivery of risk-related products and facilitates Agile@Scale ceremonies, including PI Planning, with a 10–15 person team. The engagement is a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion, supported by a two-week training period and measured through work item cycle time. Onsite collaboration is required four days per week.

- Scrum knowledge (technology focus) and Kanban proficiency
- Agile@Scale knowledge; lead PI Planning sessions and ceremonies
- Solid with JIRA and Confluence (primary tools)
- Team leadership for a team/pod
- Degree in Computer science or related

- DaaS/Data knowledge
- Data consumption knowledge
- Rahona – migration to cloud experience

Responsibilities

- Lead PI Planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
- Deliver risk-related products using the Agile framework.
- Switch between Scrum and Kanban as needed.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Lead a team/pod to execute work items.
- Support the Data business department on Data Platform maintenance and enhancements.
