Support complex mental health care as a Registered Nurse at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario, with crisis intervention expertise. This permanent part-time role includes day and evening shifts.

Working in the Mental Health Day Program, you will assess biopsychosocial and emotional factors, develop treatment plans, and support individualized client and family needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and the Mental Health Mobile Crisis Response Unit, including two police services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess biopsychosocial and emotional factors in complex cases
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and case follow-up
- Participate in team conferences, meetings, and career development
- Support the Mental Health Mobile Crisis Response Unit

Requirements:

- Current Ontario registered nurse Certificate of Registration
- Minimum five years related psychiatric experience
- Non Violent Crisis Intervention Certificate
- BCLS certificate upon hire
- Excellent biopsychosocial assessment and de-escalation skills
