About ettitude ettitude is a Los Angeles based premium sustainable home goods brand built on CleanBamboo®, our proprietary, fully traceable bamboo-lyocell fabric. We make textiles that are genuinely better — softer, lower-impact, and made to a standard the rest of the category hasn't matched. Our wholesale channel spans department stores (Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's), club retail (Costco), special events (e.g. 260samplesale), curated boutiques via Faire, an interior-design trade program, and corporate gifting.

It's working — and it's ready for an owner.

The role

This is not a coordination job. We have execution covered. What we need is someone to own wholesale as a channel and make the commercial calls — what's live where, at what price, with what positioning, and where the growth comes from.

Today these decisions still route to our Co-Founder & President and Head of Marketing. Your job is to take them off their plates significantly. Within 90 days, senior leaders should be reviewing your strategy and approving a short list of high-stakes calls — nothing more. You'll direct our Wholesale Assistant as your execution engine, and you'll be measured on judgment and outcomes, not activity. This role is built with a clear path to Head of Wholesale .

What you'll own

1. Commercial judgment & assortment. You decide what assortment lives at each retailer, defend it with sell-through and rate-of-sale data, and keep it healthy — including the discipline of pulling low-stock SKUs before they cause problems and building the right assortment for new channels.
2. Key accounts, starting with Costco. You'll fully own Costco US — reorders, compliance, reporting,

the buyer relationship — and lead international expansion (Canada → Australia → UK → Asia). This is our highest-stakes account and the clearest thing waiting for an owner. Other accounts with large potential are currently being tested.
3. Growth programs — Trade, Faire, and Corporate Gifting. These are small today and disproportionately profitable, and we want them scaled. You'll own each as a distinct growth engine:
4. Trade (interior designers): grow the designer base, run the B2B catalog and tiered trade pricing, and convert one-off buyers into repeat specifiers.
5. Faire (boutiques): own and grow the boutique channel — merchandising, promotions, and search presence on Faire, winning new stockists and lifting reorder rates.
6. Corporate gifting: build outbound demand, productize gift sets and bundles, and manage gifting-platform partners to turn this into a repeatable revenue line.
7. Channel orchestration. Run the cadence across Operations, Marketing, Accounting, and your Wholesale Assistant so the backend runs without bottlenecks — and without the founder in the loop.

What we're looking for

1. You've personally owned wholesale accounts at a premium, luxury, or elevated brand — carried the relationship and the number, not supported someone who did.
2. Experience with department-store or club key accounts (Nordstrom,

Bloomingdale's, Costco, Sam's, BJ's, or equivalent). Club-retail experience is rare and a strong plus.
3. You read sell-through and act on it — assortment, pricing, and promo decisions are instinctive, and you can articulate why .
4. Taste. You understand what makes a product and an assortment right for a premium positioning, not just whether it moves units.
5. Decisive under ambiguity. You make the call and own the result. You don't park decisions waiting for direction.
6. Fluent in retailer EDI and vendor portals (Costco, SPS/Rithum, DSCO, Mirakl, Faire) — comfortable in the systems, but you present as a commercial operator, not an ops admin.

This role isn't for you if

1. You need direction before you'll make a judgment call.
2. Your background is mass-market or commodity, without a feel for premium positioning.
3. You've coordinated accounts but never carried one.
4. You lead with process and tools rather than commercial outcomes.

Nice to have

1. Costco/club compliance and routing-guide experience
2. International wholesale expansion (especially Canada)
3. Home, bedding, or textiles category background
4. Faire / boutique channel growth experience

Logistics

1. Reports to: President
2. Manages: Wholesale & Marketing Assistant
3. Location: Remote
4. Compensation: USD $72,000 annual base retainer (approx. CAD $100,000), paid monthly, plus uncapped commission on new accounts and bonuses tied to Costco growth and total wholesale revenue. Expected first-year total compensation: USD $95,000–$115,000 (approx. CAD $133,000–$161,000) , with uncapped upside from current business.
