Must Have: Workday Security Configuration (Security Groups & BPSP), HCM/Payroll Implementation Experience, SoD & Compliance Controls.

Skills:

- Workday Certification: Workday Certification or equivalent hands-on deployment experience with Workday Security is required.
- Implementation Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience configuring security on at least 2–4 full-lifecycle Workday implementations (HCM, Payroll, or Financials).
- Deep Security Expertise: Expert knowledge of Workday Security Groups (User-Based, Role-Based, Job-Based, Intersection, Segment-Based) and Business Process Security Policies (BPSP) across HCM and Payroll modules.
- Audit & Risk Mindset: Direct experience designing Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices and mapping legacy compliance requirements to automated target-state application controls.
- Identity Access Management (IAM): Familiarity with integrating Workday security with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) for user lifecycle management and Single Sign-On (SSO/MFA).
- Analytical Skills: Advanced ability to design, build, and audit Custom Reports, calculated fields, and security matrices.
