Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Server, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience.

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidates.

A valid Ontario Smart Serve certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages promptly and responsibly.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
- Follow food safety, responsible alcohol service, and workplace policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve certification is required (mandatory).




- Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Training will be provided to candidates with limited experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Basic cash-handling and POS knowledge is an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
