Job Summary

GreenTee Richmond Golf Centre is a premium indoor golf and lifestyle destination in Richmond, BC, offering exclusive membership services, VIP private suites, and upscale dining experiences.

Our facility is home to Crystal Jade Palace, a premium Chinese dining concept under the internationally recognized Crystal Jade Group.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Server Assistants to join our opening Food & Beverage team.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent guest service.

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but we also welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a professional dining environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Assist servers in providing attentive and efficient food and beverage service.
- Prepare dining tables and service stations before and during service.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Refill water, tea, and other beverages as needed.
- Assist with food delivery and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
- Replenish tableware, glassware, and other service supplies.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Support daily opening and closing duties.




- Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in Western-style restaurants, upscale dining, or fine dining is an asset, but not required.
- Robust customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- English proficiency is required. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests in English.
- Chinese language skills are an asset, but not required.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
