Lead Western Hemisphere social responsibility with vendor risk management and Spanish communication at lululemon’s hybrid Store Support Centre.

This senior manager leads responsible supply chain work across the Western Hemisphere. The focus includes social compliance, human rights, sustainability, vendor performance, and supply chain resilience. You will partner with vendors, workers, industry organizations, civil society organizations, and internal teams to support responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage regional vendor assessments and sustainable remediation
- Lead stakeholder engagement across the Western Hemisphere
- Report regional risks, trends, performance, and key performance indicators
- Partner with internal teams on vendor improvement




- Manage regional assessors, consultants, and implementation partners

Requirements:

- 10+ years in responsible supply chain, ethical trade, sustainability, or human rights
- 7+ years leading onsite social compliance assessments
- 5+ years of people leadership and management
- Fluent Spanish and solid written and spoken English
- Authorization to work in Canada
