As Director, Performance & Innovation, you will establish how Health Products performance is measured, understood, and managed. You will connect customer, financial, operational, and strategic measures across the portfolio. The role also advances accountability, decision-making, analytical capabilities, and innovation adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define portfolio-wide product performance management frameworks
- Establish scorecards and trend reporting across key metrics
- Lead recurring portfolio performance reviews for senior leaders
- Identify performance gaps and mobilize improvement initiatives




- Build trusted data foundations and self-service analytical tools

Requirements:

- 10+ years in performance management or related disciplines
- Experience in group perks or health insurance preferred
