Troubleshoot Crown lift trucks at customer locations as a Field Service Technician, using mechanical expertise, schematics, and robust customer communication skills.

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, Field Service Technicians service Crown and competitors' lift trucks and other equipment. Candidates may have automotive, heavy equipment, truck and coach, or power lift truck experience, or enrollment in a motive power program. Similar mechanical experience is also considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, service, and repair lift trucks and equipment
- Discuss recommended repairs and estimate or quote costs
- Order parts and complete necessary paperwork
- Perform safety, operational, and pre-delivery inspections
- Complete required training and communicate customer leads

Requirements:

- High school diploma and valid driver's license
- Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Use hand, electrical, air, testing, and welding tools
- Read service manuals and microfiche
- Lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds
