This position focuses on staffing, customer retention, cost controls, objectives, service records, and selling technicians’ available time. You will work with Service Advisors, Equipment Technicians, Truck Technicians, Parts, Body Shop, Sales, Administration, and Credit.Key Responsibilities: Forecast department goals and objectivesPrepare and administer the annual operating budgetMonitor performance through reports, tracking systems, and surveysReview repair orders before warranty submissionConfirm customer satisfaction through 24-hour follow-upRequirements: High school diploma or GED essentialRelated post-secondary diploma or trades certification preferredHeavy-duty truck and equipment technical knowledgeThree years of related experience and/or trainingValid driver’s license and passport for required travelBring leadership, financial reporting ability, and customer relations skills to Inland’s heavy-duty service operation in Burnaby.
