Flow Electric is hiring: Journeyperson / 3rd–4th Year / 1st Year Apprentice
Top-of-market pay, profit share on the jobs you run, and a crew that pulls its weight.
We’re a Regina electrical company built around service. We do panel upgrades, EV chargers, renos, service calls, and commercial work for HVAC and service companies, with some construction sites mixed in. You’ll get variety, not the same house 200 times.
Tired of working with guys who…
- stand around waiting to be told what to do?
- need to be shown the same thing five times?
- make your day harder instead of easier?
So are we. We want people who own their day, keep moving when things go sideways, and call with options instead of problems. Mistakes happen, and we’ll teach you, but you have to want to get better.
What you get:
- Journeyperson: $45/hr base, plus up to 20% profit share on the jobs you run
- Apprentices: pay that matches what you can actually do, not just your year
- Health & dental, your way: after 3 months, a yearly Health Spending Account you can use on what matters to you and your family
- A take-home vehicle for the right person
- A small crew, so your work actually gets noticed
- Real responsibility, as fast as you can handle it
- A flexible schedule and no burnout culture
Journeyperson: You hold a Saskatchewan ticket. You can do basic takeoffs and run jobs on your own within a couple of months. 3rd–4th year: You can handle standard tasks without someone over your shoulder, with a journeyperson on site or close by.
1st year: You’re reliable, you show up, and you want a career. Pre-employment is a bonus.
A valid driver’s licence and basic tools are required.
To apply: Email your resume to
[email protected] and tell us which level you’re applying for. You’ll get a few quick questions back.
Pay: $16.50-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
Advantages
- Flexible schedule
- On-site parking
- Profit sharing
- Wellness program
Work Location: In person
