Role & Responsibilities

- Lead & Develop: Coach, mentor, and inspire Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff to achieve their full potential.
- Drive Performance: Maximize service revenue, profitability, technician productivity, shop efficiency, and customer retention.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily service operations, workflow, warranty administration, and dealership processes.
- Build Strong Relationships: Foster a collaborative, respectful, and accountable team environment through open communication and consistent leadership.
- Navigate Employee Relations: Apply company policies and established workplace procedures fairly and consistently while maintaining productive working relationships.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Drive CSI performance, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a Best-in-Class customer experience.

What We Need From You

- Minimum 3 years of management experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Assistant Service Manager within a franchised automotive dealership.




- Proven track record of success in achieving service department financial and operational targets.
- Strong understanding of dealership KPIs, warranty processes, technician productivity, and service profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse personalities, build consensus, resolve conflict, and foster team engagement.
- Experience working in a unionized environment or with collective agreements is a significant asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen, accountability, and a hands-on leadership approach.

Compensation The anticipated total annual compensation opportunity for the Service Manager position is $120,000–$200,000. Total compensation is dependent on departmental performance and achievement of established targets and is not guaranteed. The final compensation package (base plus variable) will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, demonstrated capabilities, and other job-related factors.
