Nurse position supports AgeCare policies, resident care needs, and communication across the health care team. You will liaise with physicians and external health care partners while collaborating with Registered Nurses. The position also requires shift reporting and timely communication about resident status.

Liaise with physicians and external health care partners Collaborate with health care team members on resident needs Notify physicians when resident status changes significantly Provide direction to Personal Support Workers Contribute input to residence and unit procedure revisions Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing and activation Knowledge of personnel administration in nursing settings Current Ontario nursing Certificate of Competence Positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Bring resident-focused nursing care, clinical communication, and Personal Support Worker direction to AgeCare's health care team.
