MCG Careers, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Customer Service & Reception (Entry Level) on behalf of our employer partner (under the Winning Edge-Workplace Training Program), a Calgary-based promotional products and branding company that helps businesses increase visibility through customized promotional merchandise, apparel, print products, and marketing solutions. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, creative ideas, and high-quality products that help their clients stand out.

Main Duties:

- Heat press and weeding decals - vinyl printing, garment customization, and production/finishing tasks

Reception Duties

- Answering phones, email, distributing mail, greeting clients/ sales reps

Shipping/Receiving

- Signing for couriers, checking products and shipping the product to clients & decorators

· Attaching packing slips to the invoice

Data Entry

- Entering bills and client information into the CRM
- Issuing POs and confirming receipt in the CRM

Customer Service

- Assisting clients in the showroom, sourcing products
- Assisting Sales Reps with quotes

Other Duties

- Taking garbage/recycling out
- Keeping the office and showroom tidy

Skills Required and Preferred:





- Computer skills, knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Ability to multi-task and a quick learner
- Previous experience isn’t required but retail, customer service, reception, or data entry would be an asset (training will be provided)
- Knowledge of Illustrator, graphic design, social media marketing and production would also be an asset
