Lead instrumentation design with control systems and measurement expertise while supporting industrial plant projects through office, shop, and field placements.

This senior position supports Instrumentation peers, Engineers, and Drafters across design activities. You will size and select instruments, prepare lists and datasheets, and apply regulations, standards, drawings, and process information. The work includes technical evaluations, vendor documentation, construction support, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with instrumentation engineering and design for industrial plants
- Read P&IDs; and Line Lists to generate instrument documentation
- Specify, size, and select instruments using technical datasheets




- Review vendor drawings and resolve technical instrumentation issues
- Lead projects, estimates, timelines, and specialist assignments

Requirements:

- Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Five or more years of instrumentation field experience
- Oil and gas industry experience
- Control systems, measurement instrumentation, and regulations experience
- ASET registration or eligibility
