You will guide contract documents and construction administration from design through completion. The work covers commercial, institutional, industrial, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive day-to-day mechanical project execution
- Develop contract documents with your supervisor
- Interface with contractors and architectural teams
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and site conditions
- Create CCNs and review building systems

Requirements:

- At least five years designing mechanical systems
- Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology degree
