EarnIn is seeking a senior backend engineer to own design, development, and operation of Cash Out services. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, reliability, and security in a fintech context. Hybrid work based in Vancouver, BC with two in-office days weekly, not fully remote.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to move money over debit networks, ACH, and RTP, while ensuring auditability and robust customer outcomes. Salary range CAD 199,800–244,200 with equity and benefits.
