This Technical Services Representative role supports customer accounts across the Timmins region. You will assess blast performance, recommend practical solutions, and collaborate with customer teams and Orica stakeholders. The work includes Digital Solutions, Electronic Blasting Systems, trials, training, and technical reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build technical customer relationships and identify operational needs
- Assess blast performance and recommend practical technical improvements
- Analyze technical data and report customer value
- Support Orica Digital Solutions and Electronic Blasting Systems
- Lead trials,
audits, training, and underground site activities
Requirements:
- Underground drill-and-blast or explosives experience preferred
- Mining Engineering diploma, degree, or related technical qualification
- Microsoft Office proficiency; software familiarity is an asset
- Robust safety, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills
- English fluency, valid driver's licence, and site access eligibility
