This permanent, full-time analyst role supports FIC portfolio companies and potential external clients. You will execute corporate finance transactions, optimize corporate structures, and complete business valuations under an experienced execution team. The work spans investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop complex financial models for transactions and operating businesses
- Manage client due diligence and information collection processes
- Complete first principle asset valuations using wide-ranging methodologies
- Prepare client presentations, proposals,



and information memorandums
- Research companies, industries, geographies, and competitive landscapes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, business, or STEM
- Communicate complex concepts concisely verbally and in writing
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
- Produce accurate, thorough work under tight deadlines
- Current authorization to work in Canada
