This executive leader will guide Property Condition Assessment, Building Envelope, Structural Engineering, and Sustainability teams. The mandate combines people leadership, client development, technical governance, business planning, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary Building Science and Resiliency teams across British Columbia
- Expand Building Envelope and Structural Engineering practices across the province

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering, architecture, building science, or related discipline
- British Columbia professional registration, ideally as a P.Eng.
- 15+ years of progressive consulting experience in Building Science
- Success expanding practices through markets, teams, clients, and pursuits
- Solid commercial, financial, communication, and influencing skills
