Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Operations, this manager partners with Supply Chain leaders on efficiency, visibility, and data-driven decisions. The role combines end-to-end supply chain expertise with process improvement, analytics, reporting, and practical automation. It develops solutions that simplify work and reduce manual activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and redesign end-to-end Supply Chain processes
- Build prioritized improvement and transformation roadmaps
- Develop standardized KPIs, dashboards, and analytical approaches
- Lead implementation, testing, training,



and adoption
- Identify automation and AI opportunities with Technology teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Five to seven years of progressive relevant experience
- End-to-end Supply Chain process knowledge
- Hands-on Power BI dashboard development experience
- Smartsheet or comparable workflow platform proficiency
