International Air Transport Association (IATA) seeks a senior leader to head Flight Operations and Crew Training. You will shape the global flight operations strategy, oversee training programs, and guide competency frameworks across the industry.

You will engage with airlines, regulators and manufacturers to advance safety, efficiency and standardization. You will lead CBTA/EBT implementation, drive research on pilot competency and human performance, and manage a team of subject matter experts
