As Technical Test Lead, you will guide testing across a healthcare organization serving approximately 200,000 employees. The initial 12 month contract covers DCV and SIT readiness, execution, reconciliation, defect resolution, and coordination across business, technical, and implementation partner teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead data conversion validation across repeated conversion cycles

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of enterprise testing or quality assurance experience
- Direct Workday HCM, Payroll, conversion, and integrations experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable test-management platforms
- Advanced Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis skills
- Experience with E2E, payroll parallel, regression, and cutover testing
