The Distribution Supervisor analyzes distribution operations efficiently and effectively while following established departmental procedures. Responsibilities include Transport, DSD, and RDO operations, budgeting, cost reviews, equipment inventory, and route productivity. The supervisor also communicates with departments and employees, leads personnel, and supports RDO relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze distribution operations against established procedures and practices
- Review monthly costs and establish action plans when necessary
- Evaluate route productivity and improve operational efficiency




- Lead personnel through communication, involvement, feedback, and appraisal
- Ensure safe work under company regulations and procedures

Requirements:

- Current knowledge of regional Transport, DSD, and RDO systems
- Understanding of operating plans, budgets, and equipment efficiencies
- Ability to maintain equipment inventory according to company policy
- Ability to apply policies firmly, fairly, and consistently
- Knowledge of OH&S;, WCB, and food safety requirements
