As a Labourer, you will assist with a variety of tasks on construction sites to help ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Rotation & Travel Details: Rotation: Depending on Job but in town as well as out of town Accommodations provided when out of town Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites by clearing obstacles, assembling materials, and organizing equipment Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and other construction equipment as directed Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, hazardous materials,



and waste Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Support skilled tradespeople including carpenters, masons, and equipment operators Follow site safety protocols and ensure all tasks are completed in a safe and timely manner Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Familiarity with basic hand and power tools Solid work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team and follow direction Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
