Winter Snow Loader Operator Team Member

We are a family owned and operated Grounds Maintenance/Snow Removal business located in Hampton, ON. We take pride in providing year-round grounds maintenance property services to our clients including softscaping services. As we maintain a high-level of service to our clients, we focus on health and safety measures while creating a welcoming, rewarding company culture.

Currently, we are seeking professional, creative, self-motivated, and driven individuals to join our team.

This position requires a very careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed. It is vital for the work output to be very high quality, with correct results, time and time again. Checking and double-checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job must be patient and conscientious.

It is very clear what needs to be done, and what the expected results are. This clarity will come either from the company's management, or from established skilled disciplines and processes. The established procedures and processes must be followed very closely; there is little room or necessity to modify them. Much of the work can be accomplished by working at a steady, even pace. There is much consistency and familiarity from one day to the next.

:

· Perform snow removal services operating a loader

· Responsible for daily equipment safety checks

· Responsible for refueling of equipment daily (as required)

· Responsible to comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures

Skills and Requirements:

· Experience operating a loader specifically in the snow season,



minimum 3 years

· Valid G driver's license

· Have their own transportation (yard not located near public transit)

· Reliable and Motivated

Working Conditions:

· Working outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, humidity, dust, mud, noise, wind, cold, snow, ice, freezing rain, etc.

· Working near or around heavy equipment

· Winter Months applicants must be available on-call to work 24/7 meaning you may be called out at any time day or night as this position is weather dependent. You may be required to report to work within 1 hours’ notice although we try to give you as much notice as possible.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Wages starting at $30.00-$35.00/Hour depending on experience

Winter bonus paid out at end of April $3.00 per hour for every hour worked on snow shifts without missed shifts, damage to property or machines,
