Job Summary The SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACTOR clears snow and ice from outdoor areas and supports seasonal property upkeep. This hands-on role uses tools and equipment safely, maintains clear work areas, and helps keep sites accessible for customers and colleagues.

Duties

- Remove snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other assigned areas using appropriate hand tools and power tools.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, identify mechanical issues, and keep work areas orderly.
- Support landscape maintenance and seasonal property tasks, including basic gardening and irrigation upkeep as assigned.
- Explicit snow from all entrances and driveways and salt on a as needed basis.
- Use excavator equipment when appropriate to site needs and work practices.

Qualifications

Required:



Practical ability to use hand tools and power tools, perform maintenance, follow safe work practices, and complete outdoor tasks in changing conditions. Mechanical knowledge supports equipment checks and basic upkeep. Preferred: Construction experience, excavator familiarity, and skills in landscape and snow removal maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or irrigation are useful strengths for supporting varied seasonal property needs.

Your own equipment will be required on site. You will need proof of insurance and WSIB to be provided prior to signing contract.

Pay: From $2,200.00 per month
