This coordinator supports project and site teams by implementing Pagnotta’s health, safety, and environmental programs. The work includes HSEMS support, regulatory compliance, training, hazard assessments, and incident prevention. The position also promotes safety awareness and assists with corrective actions and return-to-work programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement Pagnotta’s HSEMS on assigned construction projects
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Assist incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions




- Deliver site orientations and toolbox talks
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and reports

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety
- Two to five years’ construction safety experience
- Valid CRSP, NCSO, or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of OHS legislation and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software
