Reporting to the Manager, Environmental Affairs, this Specialist supports Morguard and investor clients. The work spans environmental management systems, Phase I and II ESAs, due diligence, audits, and regulatory guidance. It serves office, industrial, retail, and multi-suite residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise stakeholders on environmental matters and day-to-day issues
- Manage environmental projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and regulatory agency communications
- Review and finalize technical consultant reports
- Develop environmental training and awareness programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or equivalent
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Canadian and US environmental regulations
- Project management or real estate management experience
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
