The position requires organized customer communication, transaction accuracy, and attention to parts availability. Key Responsibilities:

- Sell parts products and provide excellent customer service
- Provide accurate pricing and availability for requested quotes




- Control inventory and place parts orders
- Process warranties and returned merchandise
- Follow product shortages through resolution

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of comparable parts experience
- Robust organizational, verbal communication, and listening skills
- Customer service mindset focused on customer needs
- Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge
- Parts person certification is an asset
