The Payments Implementation Specialist owns implementations from kickoff through deployment for new and existing clients. You will gather requirements, configure systems, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain project momentum. The role involves merchant onboarding, payment integrations, hardware deployment, testing, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementations from kickoff through go-live within standard timelines
- Establish project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate merchant onboarding, processor setup, and required documentation
- Facilitate testing, certification, readiness reviews, and production cutovers




- Provide client updates, training, and implementation issue resolution

Requirements:

- 3+ years in implementation, project coordination, or client onboarding
- Understanding of payment processing and merchant onboarding
- Knowledge of card-present and card-not-present transactions
- Familiarity with ACH/EFT, payment gateways, and hardware deployment
- Robust communication, collaboration, prioritization, and project coordination skills
