Lead GMP and aseptic training at Pillar5 Pharma in Arnprior, Ontario, building qualification programs and technical capability for manufacturing teams.

This permanent, full time manager reports to the Senior Manager of Aseptic Manufacturing. You will establish training for aseptic practices, contamination control, and cleanroom operations. The role supports compliant, inspection-ready workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build curriculum, qualification, and competency standards from the ground up
- Lead and develop the training team
- Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and supporting departments
- Maintain compliant training systems, matrices, and records
- Track effectiveness through metrics, audits, and trend analysis

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Seven or more years in GMP-regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of aseptic practices and cleanroom operations
- Experience building training and qualification programs
- Experience leading training functions and managing stakeholders
