Use analytics and Excel to shape lodging strategies for Suncor’s oil sands operations from the Calgary head office. This office-based role follows a regular Monday-to-Friday, 40-hour work week.

As a Lodging Planning Advisor, you will develop accommodation forecasts, capacity plans, and strategies supporting operational, turnaround, and project requirements. The work combines workforce planning, scenario modelling, stakeholder management, reporting, and practical business recommendations. You will collaborate across multiple business groups and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accommodation demand forecasts and capacity plans
- Analyze utilization, occupancy trends, and workforce demand
- Collaborate with Operations, Projects, Supply Chain Management, contractors, and providers




- Support long-range planning and scenario modelling
- Prepare insights supporting leadership decision-making

Requirements:

- Five years of relevant workforce logistics or planning experience
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Experience supporting accommodations, travel, camps, or hospitality
- Robust data analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytics tools proficiency
