ParaMed Home Health Care in Canada seeks a Clinical UCP Supervisor (RN/RPN) to lead a team of PSWs and HSWs delivering community-based care. You will assess, implement and evaluate clinical interventions to ensure safe, quality, and ethical practice and solid patient outcomes.
