We bring convenient experiences directly to our clients through mobile appointments, private events and strategic partnerships.

As we launch and grow our brand, we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and social-media-savvy individual to help build our online presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play an important role in developing its brand identity, social media presence and customer engagement.

Position Overview

We are looking for a part-time Social Media & Content Creator who is passionate about social media, beauty, cosmetics, digital marketing and content creation.

The ideal candidate understands current social media trends, knows how to create engaging short-form videos and has the creativity to turn everyday business activities into attractive online content.

Your main goal will be to increase brand awareness, grow our local audience, generate customer interest and help convert social media engagement into bookings.

Key Responsibilities -Social Media Content Creation

- Create engaging TikTok videos, Instagram Reels and Facebook content.
- Film and edit short-form promotional videos.
- Create attractive graphics, promotional posts and Stories.
- Develop creative content showcasing our mobile teeth whitening services.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage,



client experiences and brand activities.
- Create content for special promotions, private events and salon partnerships.

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain our TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Research trending sounds, formats, hashtags and content ideas.
- Write engaging captions and calls to action.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Help build an engaged local audience in Ottawa and surrounding communities.

Marketing & Brand Development
- Help establish a consistent and recognizable brand identity.
- Develop creative promotional campaigns.
- Support customer acquisition through social media.
- Create content targeting local customers, beauty enthusiasts and potential salon partners.
- Help promote special events and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with the business owner to develop marketing strategies.

Performance Tracking
- Monitor content performance and engagement.
- Track video views, reach, followers and audience growth.
- Identify which content generates inquiries and appointment bookings.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations for improving performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media trends.
- Experience with video editing applications such as CapCut.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Excellent creativity and visual storytelling skills.




- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media engagement and audience growth.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Interest in beauty, cosmetics, aesthetics or lifestyle brands.

Assets
- Previous experience managing social media accounts for beauty, cosmetics, salons or lifestyle businesses.
- Experience filming and editing promotional videos.
- Photography and content production skills.
- Knowledge of local social media marketing in Ottawa.
- Experience running Meta advertising campaigns.
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media work.
