About the Role

We’re a growing real estate and property management team looking for a creative, motivated student to help bring our brand, projects, and community to life online. This is a hands-on, resume-building role with real responsibility.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and schedule content

- Film & edit short-form videos (Reels & TikToks)

- Write captions and hashtags

- Engage with our online community

- Track performance and improve content

Who This Is Perfect For:

- Students in Marketing, Social Media, Communications, or Business

- Someone building a portfolio and resume

- Creative, organized, and trend-aware





- Comfortable filming content (and occasionally being on camera)

- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva or similar tools

What You’ll Create:

Real estate education & buyer/seller tips

- Builder & development project updates (big focus!)

- Stratford lifestyle & community content

- Property management education & behind-the-scenes

- Short-form video content with strong hooks

- Real Estate & Property Management Listings
