As Portfolio Accounting Manager, you will own end-to-end accounting for five to ten operating companies. This role supports a profitable, rapid-growing software company acquiring and scaling software businesses. Your scope includes IFRS, reporting, reconciliations, and audit-ready books across multiple currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle close across multiple portfolio entities
- Complete reconciliations and reporting for operating companies
- Sign off supporting analysts, AR, and AP work
- Maintain consolidated, audit-ready multi-currency books
- Onboard acquired companies onto group systems and processes

Requirements:

- Bring four to six-plus years of accounting experience
- Demonstrate multi-entity close ownership experience
- Apply strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge
- Audit or public practice background is valued
- NetSuite and SaaS experience are bonuses
