The MEP Coordinator oversees coordination within the Ontario Line South Civil stations scope. This position integrates MEP systems with Civil, Architectural, and RSSOM Systems. Responsibilities include design reviews, spatial coordination, clash detection, reporting, and multidisciplinary communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate MEP services with Civil, Architectural, and Rolling Stock Systems
- Manage MEP integration progress reporting and weekly stakeholder meetings
- Review design documents and subcontractor shop drawings
- Analyze federated BIM models and manage clash detection reports
- Coordinate MEP openings,

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- Minimum eight years’ MEP coordination or similar engineering experience
- Hands-on BIM modeling proficiency with mandatory Revit and AutoCAD
- Railway or large-scale infrastructure project experience is advantageous
- Fluent English and robust communication, reporting, and presentation skills
