Build Amazon Connect solutions at Genpact using AWS Lambda and APIs while supporting the client’s transformation initiative independently. Eastern Time overlap is required.

This experienced, hands-on developer designs and delivers end-to-end contact-center solutions. The work includes Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, IVR, AWS services, APIs, and enterprise integrations. You will configure, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain production solutions with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain end-to-end Amazon Connect contact-center solutions
- Build Amazon Connect Contact Flows and IVR journeys
- Develop AWS Lambda and API integrations with backend systems
- Customize agent desktop and customer-experience capabilities




- Resolve technical issues through end-to-end ownership

Requirements:

- Solid hands-on Amazon Connect implementation experience
- Experience with Contact Flows, IVR, AWS Lambda, and APIs
- Experience integrating AWS services with enterprise applications
- Experience with migrations and production implementations
- Eastern Time working-hours overlap and approved delivery location
