Clinical education expertise meets community nursing at ParaMed, where Registered Nurses deliver training, orientation, and in-services across the district. This is a full time position.

As Clinical Educator, you will educate field staff and support secure, quality care across ParaMed’s business lines. The work includes nursing orientation, preceptor education, annual education planning, and PSS training. You will collaborate with the Care and Services Manager while addressing district needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Select and educate preceptors supporting students on placement
- Provide clinical orientation to Nurses
- Arrange mandatory and centre-specific education, including back care
- Deliver PSS and nursing training programs
- Champion ParaMed policies through staff education

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse registration in good standing
- Three to five years’ adult education experience
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and district travel availability
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
