As Senior Project Manager, you will guide projects through planning, design, construction administration, and program management. You will serve as the principal client contact while managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and technical decisions. The work requires strong communication and municipal water or wastewater expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects from initiation through closeout
- Advise clients and translate technical information into recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- At least 10 years of related experience
- PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification required within 12 months
