As an Area Manager II, you will oversee up to 80 associates and drive department-level operational improvements. You will coach teams through challenges, develop leadership capabilities, and maintain customer delivery promises. The work requires collaboration with Quality, Human Resources, Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and Quality Assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly associates during shifts
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery commitments

Requirements:

- Two or more years managing employees and performance
- Bachelor's degree, Amazon experience, or military experience
- Adaptable availability for weekends, nights, and holidays
- Experience managing teams of 50 or more preferred
- Performance metrics or process improvement experience preferred
