Miratech is seeking a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer to design, configure, and test customer contact center solutions on Google's CCAI Platform. You will implement DTMF IVR menus, call routing, prompts, and integrations with CRM systems, ensuring accurate testing, documentation, and QA during deployments.

You will work with customer stakeholders, write runbooks, and support UAT, while contributing to a globally distributed delivery team in a remote setup.
