As part of MNP’s Human Capital team, you will develop reporting and analytics solutions for workforce trends. The position involves HCMS processes, data integrity, business analysis, and stakeholder support. You will help maintain systems while contributing to people strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain workforce reporting and analytics solutions
- Audit reports and test data for accuracy
- Learn and support Human Capital Management System processes
- Train users and troubleshoot application issues
- Collaborate across teams and vendors on system integration
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Data Science, or Computer Science
- Experience analyzing Human Capital data and workforce reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
- Power BI, Power Platform, and data modeling expertise
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate
