Acosta Canada Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead holistic change enablement for large-scale initiatives. You will design strategies driving adoption, readiness, and sustained behavior change across people, processes, and technology transformations.

You will partner with Transformation leaders, program teams, functional stakeholders, and business leaders to assess impacts, align stakeholders, manage resistance, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
