Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Manager, Change Management (Contract) to lead and embed people-centered change practices across CCS projects. You will partner with leaders and project teams to build change readiness, communication, sponsorship, coaching, and adoption strategies that deliver durable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of change management experience, proficiency with Prosci ADKAR, and bilingual English/French abilities to support nationwide initiatives.
