As Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will oversee the Pharmacy Operations Support Team and emerging centralized functions. The position focuses on specialty pharmacy and healthcare operations, including biologics and toxin patient needs. You will lead operational transformation, continuous improvement, training, software adoption, and cross-functional collaboration across pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the Pharmacy Operations Support Team
- Create and optimize workflows, SOPs, training, and processes
- Lead operational efficiency for biologics and toxin patients




- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train personnel
- Champion software solutions including Phox, Kroll, and Nexi

Requirements:

- University degree in science or a health-related field
- Two to five years of people leadership experience
- Two to five years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare operations
- Strong pharmacy financial and operational knowledge
- Kroll and Microsoft software experience considered an asset
