CMHA Kelowna & District is seeking a CRCL Team Lead to support the Crisis Response, Community-Led program in Kelowna. This role focuses on leadership, trauma-informed supervision, and operational oversight of a mobile crisis team serving ages 13+.
The position is a full-time, 10-month term starting January 2027, with a 40-hour work week (Mon–Thu 11:00am–9:00pm and occasional 9am–7pm rotations). The team collaborates with partners to provide harm-reduction based, culturally secure crisis
